These Nike XC Spikes should work well on the track, or maybe when it's icy going to get the morning paper. :P
$20 at Nike Outlet seemed like a steal, so I went on a wild hair and bought them.
I am totally stoked to try running on spikes - maybe a new land speed record upcoming.

Dude you're out of control. You just want to smoke me in the quarter don't ya. Right now I'd put my money on you, that's for sure. I haven't had on a pair of spikes for at least 18 years!
Yeah I am curious how much more speed you get in spikes. Getting back to a 60 second quarter would be nice - but probably too optimstic.
