Mt. Si Ultra

Well, somehow I finished the Mt. Si Relay Ultra 50 Mile Run. What an incredible day on 4/13/07, Sunny AM and Cloudy PM. It really couldn't have been better. The co-runner support was awesome, and the support/aid stations were fantastic.

I am feeling surprisingly good two days after it, not sure why. Maybe the endorphines are still going. I actually gained a pound after the race - eating lots of power bars, gues, bananas, pototoes, cookies, strawberries along the way. :P
